My wifes ip address has been blocked and she has done absolutely nothing wrong. I tried to call and resolve the issue and instead of getting helped got a recording that basically said "whatever the problem get on the website you're blocked from. Real help would be amazing.

I was under the impression that I would have the opportunity to talk to a living, breathing human being during this call!?!?! I had very few options that had nothing to do with my issue and had absolutely NO option to speak to ANY Craigslist Representative! Poor waiste of time!
