They said I needed a verification code and never had to have one before and I've emailed them several times and heard nothing back I called customer service and can't get a real person tried many times to get code and received nothing

User's recommendation: When you attempt to contact Craigslist, you are advised to go to a website. The website that is given, does not exist. If you try to call them, ALL of the numbers that are given, is greeted by the same recording, which is totally worthless! It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact ANYONE at Craigslist! I just recommend to not use them and advertise elsewhere.

I'm posting paid ads and they are being held for sometimes up to 5 hours , ive tried emailing about the issue over and over . Can someone tell me what it is that I'm doing wrong in my posts . Posted a paid ad on the 24th of may which was up for about 3 days. Then I started getting messages regarding a car that I did not own. Tried to contact Craigslist many times with no response. Deleted the bogus ad and tried to re-post only to have the ad blocked. No response by email and phone numbers are bogus.Be very careful

This guy sold me a truck saying it had very low miles and without any issues besides minor tear in seat and missing back window on canopy. Found out he recently purchased from someone else 2 weeks prior, and he was informed the odometer was broken, the transmission is going out and it gets stuck in 4wheel drive. He's saying he's private but selling multiple cars and floating the titles.

Craigslist is one, if not the largest platform for animal sales and exploitation in the United States and the general section has turned into a *** site for the most part. Cant seem to contact CL either. Look in the pet sections and see ad after ad of puppy sales/scams/ Backyard breeders and puppy mills which is against their rules but they have not done anything to stop it.
