Craigslist - Cannot get anyone on phone

Accidentally deleted of flagged a rental I very much wanted before I could get the contact info. Trying to have some help reposted. After testing I was a human and waiting through many request it finally tell you theyll connect to someone, then promptly disconnect.

I sent an email to your fraud department and it came back undeliverable. I don't understand why I'm writing a review on a problem that you didn't help me with. We ended up calling the local Sheriffs department so that they could investigate. If there is anything you can do to assist, I would be grateful.

User's recommendation: Send a warning to shoppers to see what they are buying or renting before they send money that cant be traced. Also have you customers check out legal documents with an attorney. Please use these disclaimer.

An unauthorized and fraudulent rental listing of my house has been placed on Craigslist. I tried to reach out to Craigslist to have this bogus listing removed but the phone numbers listed on the internet are nonworking numbers.

My house was placed for rent it is a scam. I am not renting my house. There was a couple that came knocking to my door to see the house. They informed us they where been scammed by a person name Daniel Max and they where asking for money up front for each adult $50 so it was 3 adults $150 they where asking for some type of credit card for games and thats when they notice it was a scammed. Thats when they came to the house to confirm if in deed the house for sale. I was scammed because I paid the deposit and first month rent of a rental property that was already being lived in. I paid the supposed landlord $1675 via cashapp.

Please take the apartment 66 Ohio Ave Long Beach NY 11561 off Craig's list !!!!!! A scammer is trying to get 500 dollars from people who want to rent it !!! He is telling them give him 500 to ZELL.. as a down payment... It's my house... And it's not for rent... People are coming here and knocking at my door !!!! They think it's for rent .. he says cause of the pandemic he can't meet them.. but to send him 500....

I was looking for an apartment and contacted a post they responded back ASAP they gave details, sent messages, requested pay. And stole at least $300 from me they cash app. I request my refund they declined. They were trying to get 2000 but I caught on quickly to the scam. And now I am short $300.00

Craigslist - My Rental Ad was Compromised

I am a Landlord &; placed an Ad for my Rental Unit on 4/20/2020. A few days later, after receiving an inquiry in my email about my ad, I tried responding and it came back email was invalid & permanent error. I then tried to login to my Craigslist Account which said it was invalid. I tried re-setting my password which appeared it was sending me a link to reset it, however, I never received that email. After researching on Craigslist site what to do, I immediately changed my email password. Looking further, I went on Craigslist to view my property address & it popped up with pictures I never posted in MY ad. They were photos from a previous listing I posted 4 years ago & the person to reply to wasnt me. Ive tried emailing Craigslist to remove this listing & calling but zero response & no human to get in touch with! Someone is trying to pose as me & Im hoping people are smart enough not to issue $$$ to this person or person(s). This is the 1st time Ive had any issues with posting on Craigslist. Ive been flagging this bogus Ad & will continue to do so till its taken down. Id like the bogus ad removed & the ability to create a new account which it wont allow me to do. When I tried to create a new account it states my account is on hold. Please REMOVE this bogus Ad. This whole thing is very frustrating & getting help here is ridiculous! Ive included a pic of the bogus ad
