There is no dedicated Craigslist customer service number on the company`s contact page. If you are having trouble with Craigslist, the easiest way to get in touch with the support team is by filling out a contact form on the company website. Go to craigslist.org, scroll to the bottom, and click Help.
Then, click Contact Us and the Craigslist contact form pops up. You will have to enter your name, email address, and a brief description of the issue. When you are done, click Send Message. You should get the company’s response in your email.

Craigslist customer service isn’t provided via social media. There is a Facebook group where group members can exchange information and ask questions to each other. They may publish sales ads in the group. There are also several similar Craigslist groups on Instagram with the same purpose.

In addition to social media discussions, you can use the Craigslist help desk forum. Browse the company website, scroll down and click miscellaneous. You’ll see a list of available options, choose the help desk forum button, and submit your request.

2. Click on the “Prohibited” or “Flag” options at the top-right corner of the ad.
3. Select a reason to flag the ad, like "Spam," "Misleading/Prohibited," or "Fraud." Craigslist will use this information to check the ad.
4. Once you choose the reason, Craigslist will mark the ad for review.

To access your Craigslist account, visit www.craigslist.com. Once you are on the homepage, select the "My Account" link in the top-left corner. Enter the credentials associated with the account and click on the “Log in” button. Now you can manage your postings, update your account information, and view Craigslist ads.

If you got a suspicious email or had a concerning conversation with someone on Craigslist, you can send the email or explain what happened to Craigslist’s abuse team at abuse@craigslist.org. Include important information like the Craigslist ads links or email headers.

To post Craigslist ads, you should do the following:

1. Go to the official website.
2. Select the city and region where you want to post your ad.
3. Choose a category for your post, for instance, “Jobs” or “For Sale”, “Housing” and the like as well as a subcategory to make your post more specific.
4. Fill out the posting details with a title, price, description, contact information and images.
5. Click “Continue” to preview your post and then “Publish” to make it live on Craigslist.
6. Click the link sent by Craigslist in the email to confirm and publish your post.

I e-mailed, called for help To post my property on Craigslist but no answer.
This is a first time I use Craigslist therefore I do not know theirs systems .
It was 3 days.I have to cancel my post and use another way.

I tried to paid with my Visa debit card, it said errors, I tried another card, it still said same thing, I left couple message to Craigslist, no one respond to my inquiry, I called them n left voicemail to them, no one respond to me, the customer service in craigslist is terrible, no one cares to respond to the customer like me, I was so disappointed n not happy with the customer, they should do better job by respond to customer inquiry

I've been posting on Craigslist for several years, and all went well then. I was happy, and had good results, but a few days ago when I tried to post, it said that I needed to supply my phone number, but when I did, it wasn't accepted, and there was nothing I could do, and I was unable to post!


I felt helpless and very upset that I couldn't talk to a customer service person to straighten out that mess.

Craigslist needs to do better than that. It really makes the company look bad for not caring about those that use their website.
I was planning to put some of my books and artwork on there to sell, but since I'm not able to post now, I'll have to go elsewhere.
If and when Craigslist cleans up its act, I'll be back.
