Hello and good morning Craigslist staff,

I have been spending over $1400 per year to paid C.L. advertising now for over 10 years now and appreciate the fact that I have the C.L.

vehicle to sell and deliver my 60 year old field grown olive trees.

As a matter of fact it is very nice being able to pay for an ad and have it stay up rather than try to

post free ads and have to deal with all of my competition in the olive tree world flagging ALL of my ads.

In the past year there has been a new olive tree sales thief [a guy that is a total rip off] posting his free ads online and he is undercutting the olive tree industry and I have received multiple reports from

olive trees clients who have chosen to do business with this guy Hector Diaz, who has no California State Contractors license, does not pay for insurance or bonding, had no website, hands out hand written invoices, takes their money and rips them off.

Most recently this guy has stolen all of my promotional olive tree photos, and yesterday he decided to steal all of my written description's of my olive tree products word-for-word and basically has stolen my entire C.L Ad's photos, vocabulary and all.

TOTAL PLAGERISM

It is not fair that I pay over $120 per month for advertising over $1400 a year, to have this scab rip off

easily be able to steal all of my families years long hard work and use it to sell his olive trees>

Please help me out here, I would greatly appreciate it, this guy for everyone's sake needs to be banned from C.L. for life...

Boycott Craigslist. Someone posted a dog for adoption under legitimate circumstances and I want that *** dog.

Either your *** company puts back up that listing, or I will have a class action lawsuit filed for discrimination that will destroy Craigslist. Craigslist supports sexual exploitation, prostitution, trafficking of people and drugs, and does not require 1099s. You are either *** or I will see you in court representing tens of thousands of disgusted Craigslist ex-consumer/ex sellers. I promise you that I will shut Craigslist down, as well as cost you millions in lost customers and legal fees.

I hope the entirety of your company suffers from these decisions. These are facts. They are not harassment.

Maybe try taking accountability rather than using PITA algorithms. Such a joke.

This guy started out okay with lots of jokes. He's slow and he admits it.

He doesn't seem very competent. He makes reference to his brother teaching him. Chuck is not very reliable or organized. He doesn't exercise common business etiquette.

He never gives a SPECIFIC time that he will come. I changed my work schedule to accommodate when he said he would come. He kept changing the time then didn't come at all.

Worst of all, he hung a wall cabinet for me. He and his partner Maurice (I believe) hung it crooked.

Only days later, it fell fron the wall injuring me. I called him out on this. He then promised many times that he would come, changing often. Then as I pressed him, he asked that I no longer call him.

He doesn't answer his phone. He had bad diabetes and it affects his foot and movement/abilities. But most of all, he is slow, incompetent, and 'scrambled eggs' as far as organization and business savvy. Avoid CHUCK HANDYMAN SERVICES AT ALL COST!

I have a wall full of holes, a broken cabinet, and injury.

Now I must hire a real professional that's insured and certified. I will most likely see Chuck next in court.

To whom it may concern. I'm 66 live in a mobile home paid $750.

For him to paint the front of my home. He, said his work was guaranteed. I have health issue. I saw the finished job and told him that i saw places that looked like peeling..

He informed that once dried it would seal. 2 days later checked his work and it was really bad. Called him said he would come back and fix.. never showed, and now i cant reach him by call or txt.

A week later the whole paint job is peeling. This guy took advantage of me being sick, and ripped me off.His name is Sal 480-271-****. His POSTING ID: 769977****. I need help.

He is posting a misleading add . wonder how many people has he ripped off. I want to file a small claim claim. But need more info on this crook..

I have pictures of before, after, and now current.

Please advise what i can do to recover money, Craigslist needs too remove his add. Thank you.
