Incorrect email on file
What customer service would that be? In my particular case it was nonexistent.I got nothing solved and was able to talk with no one.
You really need to have a person answer your phone. This is *** ridiculous.
Trying to get my email changed. You're costing me sales.

Preferred solution: Someone to change my damn eight year-old email you have on file. My inquiries to purchase my products are going to an email. I can’t receive.

Bad purchase ( fraud)
Purchased a deer head from the guy. 12 hours later, I went to take it from the car, only to have an antler fall off! I contacted the seller, who refuses to return my money!

Too soon to rate customer service
When and if I get an answer I can rate the service. Its too premature now. Maybe I didnt look hard enough but I cant find the telephone number to get a live person.

I can't seem to post what I want to post without getting flagged what do I do.
I'm trying to rehome my dog and you guys constantly flag it and take it down. What am I supposed to do?
Can you please advise me on how I can advertise for my dog? I clearly need help because every time I do it, you take it down and it's very frustrating.
