I saw a car on Craigslist (white 2012 Acura MDX - $8500) with 102,000 miles and the seller the car no issues at all. The first thing is that he lied about the miles, the true mileage on the car is 120,000.

I bought this car total of $8500 and discovered after 1 hour that this car has a fault that the mechanic said it would cost almost $3000 to fix. I immediately reached out to the seller within the hour after paying him for the car and after the issue was described to me by the mechanic, he is not ready to return my money. He kept on saying you bought the car as is, where as in the paperwork he signed for me, he wrote in there engine and transmission guaranteed for 365 days (1 year).

This is an engine as the mechanic said some of the valves on the SUV are broken and the engine would have to be rebuilt or replaced. Since then he stopped picking my calls.

Please help Craigslist.

Repeat: not a scam and not a scammer. Your fault for not having a used car checked before buying. A mechanic inspection is even necessary when buying a "certified" used car.

You bought a used car sight unseen on Craigslist. What on Earth did you expect ?

Fool. That's the single sketchiest website going.

You do not need to curse okay. Because you don't have details of the transaction. I went to inspect the car it looked good before the problems were discovered by the mechanic after about an hour that I had paid.

Not a scam. As you now know, you have to have the mechanic check the car BEFORE you buy it. Out of luck, and not the fault of CL.

Are you the scammer? Or supporting him?

Why did he post that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car? Why did he pretend to tune up the car when he knew what he was selling?
